Synopsis: 儿童：教导管理情绪和提升解决问题的技能，不乱发脾气，提升忍受挫折的能力，并懂得与他人相处，使儿童身心健康发展。
父母：指导父母做好孩子们的“情绪教练”，管理好自己情绪的同时，帮助孩子们创造成功人生。
Name of Speaker: Grace Lim was a family life educator with Fei Yue Community Services and has conducted parenting talks and workshops in schools and organisations. She has more than 10 years of experience in early childhood education through managing a childcare centre and teaching in schools, child-care centres and nursery centres.
Grace is married with 2 teenage girls and is passionate about sharing her parenting experience and knowledge with other parents.
